Paul McCarthy remains one of the most influential and groundbreaking contemporary American artists. He is known for provocative performances and artworks, multimedia installations and sculptures that fuse elements of high and low culture into a scathing critique of American mythologies and politics.

Paul McCarthy performed a series of performances between 1972 and 1983 using masks, bottles, pots, uniforms and a plethora of other objects. These objects were kept in suitcases and stored until 1991 when they were photographed separately. This group of photographs was given the title PROPO. The Skateboard Project was created in collaboration with The Skateroom, a company that has worked closely with the world's most influential artists (such as Keith Haring, Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, etc.) to promote international non-profit skate and education projects. 10% of the profits are used for social change projects.

The collaboration between Paul McCarthy and The Skateroom consists of 10 photographs of the artist transferred to skateboards. In this case, we offer you 3 sets of 10 skateboards each, all part of the numbered Edition of 35 works The decks are made from 7 layers of Canadian maple and are packed in a specially made flight case.
