Designed by the world-famous Pininfarina design studio, the Ferrari 328 GTS went down in history as the final development of the naturally aspirated V8 engine, with a production period of just 4 years (1985-89) and a low production run of 6,068. At the 1985 IAA in Frankfurt, the 328 impressed with its improved ergonomics in coordination with a sporty driving style. The striking lines and wedge-shaped profile had been a style-defining feature of Ferrari in the 70s and 80s and were also found in the 328 in a slightly softer version. In addition, Ferrari attached great importance to many design details in order to significantly improve any teething issues of its predecessor, the 308. The result was a sports car that enthusiasts still consider to be one of the most reliable and functional Ferraris ever built.
